| 理气剂 以辛温香窜的理气药为主要组成，具有疏畅气机，调整脏腑功能，用以治理气证的一类方剂。主要治疗肝胆、脾胃气滞，胸胁胀痛，脘腹胀满，嗳气吞酸，恶心食少，大便失常，或疝气痛，月经不调、痛经，以及胃气上逆、呕吐、呃逆；肺气上逆，咳喘等证。根据作用不同，理气剂可分为补气剂（见补益剂）、行气剂、降气剂（见表）。
理气剂多辛温香燥，易伤津耗气，勿使过剂，孕妇慎用。 |
