性质: 指采用动物试验的方法来评价化妆品接触眼黏膜后产生的刺激性大小的试验。试验包括一次眼黏膜刺激和多次性眼黏膜刺激两部分内容,作法是将受试化妆品以一次剂量或多次剂量滴入(涂入)或喷洒在动物眼内,观察产生的可逆性炎性变化。其中不引起角膜、虹膜和结膜的炎症变化,或虽引起轻度反应但是这种改变可逆,则可认为该受试化妆品可以安全试用。
