辨络脉 诊断学名词。系望诊内容之一。络脉，指浮络，包括掌大鱼际络脉，耳后络脉及小儿指纹等。诊察络脉的色泽和充盈度，结合皮肤的冷暖，有助于了解脏腑气血病变。《灵枢·经脉》：“凡诊络脉，脉色青则寒且痛，赤则有热。胃中寒，手鱼之络多青矣；胃中有热，鱼际络赤；其暴黑者，留久痹也；其有赤有黑有青者，寒热气也；其青短者，少气也。”
