本文回顾性分析了我科35例糖尿病视网膜病变患者(61眼)进行全视网膜激光光凝术治疗的临床经验,得出结论:全视网膜激光光凝术对重度非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变的治疗效果明显优于增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变,全视网膜激光光凝术最佳时期在增生前期进行;进行光凝治疗可以有效地预防及控制视力的下降或丧失;少数可加重原有晶状体的混浊程度,而混浊程度的改变与糖尿病性视网膜病变的。
