肛头痒痛
肛头痒痛 证名。肛门作痒作痛之证。又称肛门痒痛。多因大肠湿热风邪流注，或因虫扰所致。《类证治裁·脱肛》：“肛头痒，朴硝煎汤熏洗。”“肛头痒痛，风湿火兼病也。大肠受湿，流注肛头，则作痒，秦艽羌活汤；得风与湿热，则生虫而痒，神应黑玉丹、扁蓄汤，外以苦楝根煎汤洗；若虫蚀其肛，则上唇有疮，化（匿^虫）丸；大肠有火，则肛门作痛，七圣丸、秦艽白术丸；甚或便燥，肠头努出，下血，当归郁李仁汤。”参见谷道痒、肛门痒痛等条。
