脊痛
脊痛 证名。指背部正中肌肉、筋脉、骨节疼痛。出《素问·风论》。多因督脉及足少阴肾经病变所致。《杂病源流犀烛》卷二十七：“脊痛，督脉病也。背痛，肺经病也。”“二经虚，感受六淫之邪则害痛。”“脊以髓满为正，房欲过度，脊髓空则痛。”治宜滋阴补肾，用六味丸。膀胱经脉挟背，分左右上项，贼风乘虚入，倔强不能屈伸。治宜祛风止痛，用羌活、前胡、防风、茯苓。先脊痛，后及于背肩，是肾气上逆，宜和气饮。亦有因跌仆损伤、瘀血滞留，脊痛不可忍者，治宜活血通络，用地龙汤。阳虚脊背常感寒痛者，治宜温阳补肾，用八味丸加鹿角、狗脊等。参见背脊骨痛、脊强条。本症见于脊柱损害，如脊髓炎、骨结核及腰椎间盘突出症等。
