吸水力取本品约1cm×1cm ×0.5cm ，精密称定，浸入20℃的水中，用手指轻揉，注意不使破损，俟吸足水分，用小镊子轻轻夹住一角，提出水面停留1 分钟后，精密称定，吸收的水分不得少于供试品重量的35倍。炽灼残渣取本品0.1g，依法检查（附录Ⅷ N），遗留残渣不得过2.0 ％。无菌取本品，依法检查（附录Ⅺ H），应符合规定。
