肛管直肠角


耻骨直肠肌的肌束从耻骨联合向下后方行,绕过直肠和肛管连接处,并将肛管直肠接合处牵引向前,固定于耻骨联合,因而使肛管、直肠连接成的角,约为90°或稍大。这种角度,在腹腔内压力升高时,使肛管、直肠交界处产生一瓣膜机制。另一方面,由于直肠角使肛管后壁向前凸入肠腔,排便时,后壁承受的压力较大,易发生损伤,故肛裂、肛瘘、肛周脓肿好发于肛管后壁。
