性质:又称递质排空剂。一类主要通过影响递质的贮存,使神经末梢囊泡中的递质逐渐减少乃至耗竭的药物。代表药为利血平,它是一种单胺类递质耗竭剂,能损伤囊泡膜上的Mg2+-ATP依赖性胺类摄取功能,导致去甲肾上腺素(NA)、肾上腺素(AD)、多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)等单胺类递质不能被囊泡摄取,留在囊泡外,被线粒体的单胺氧化酶所代谢,从而使神经末梢囊泡内的NA、AD、DA和5-HT等单胺类递质的贮存量明显减少。
