Objective:To set up a dental implant surgical technique simultaneous with original site autogenous graftˉing from alveolar crest for solving the problem of a little local bone lack and the patient s aesthetic improveˉment.
方法:作者选择并采用经牙槽嵴顶或牙槽窝为取骨路径 ,环切刀切除牙槽嵴顶粘骨膜 ,低温冷却液持续冲洗下空心环柱形切骨锯定位定向定转速定深度切骨 ,形成圆柱状骨块 ,游离取出后即刻碾磨成碎骨颗粒 ,放入植体窝垫底增加骨量或直接填充缺骨部位。

牙槽风 牙槽风 病名。见《杂病源流犀烛》卷二十四：本病初发之时，齿痛不已，以后牙根肉浮肿，紫黑色，或出血，久则腐烂而臭。多由阳明痰毒邪火上薰所致。治宜泻火解毒，消肿止痛，可选用五味消毒饮、清胃散等加减。参见骨槽风条。
