木郁达之 木郁达之 治疗学术语，指治疗原则。出《素问·六元正纪大论》。王冰注：“木郁达之，谓吐令条达也。”《内外伤辨惑论》认为是肺金抑遏肝木。木郁，指肝气郁结；达，疏泄畅达。肝气郁结症见两胁胀痛或窜痛，胸闷不舒，或恶心，吐酸，食欲不振，腹痛腹泻，苔薄脉弦，用疏肝解郁如逍遥散之类治疗。
