用量用法： 片剂成人 50,000-90,000 iu/kg/日，分2-3次口服。儿童40,000-70,000 iu/kg/日，分2-3次口服，干糖浆儿童2.5ml tid,注射粉剂成人25,000-55,000iu/kg/日，或1-3百iu/日，肌肉注射。儿童20,000-50,000 iu/kg/日，或500,000-1,000,000iu/日，肌肉注射。
禁忌： 对本药过敏者。
不良反应： 肾功能损害，胃肠道不适，感觉异常。
注意事项： 肾功能不全患者慎用。
