Methods Balb/c nude mice were subcutaneously transplanted with Lovo colonic carcinoma cells at the exponential growth period and then treated with different effector cells(CIK, DC+CIK, and CEA-rV+DC+CIK) for consecutive 6 days from the 2nd day after Lovo transplantation.
