应用某些药物所致的*消化性溃疡。主要是由于药物对胃粘膜直接损害，或减弱胃粘膜的屏障作用，使氢离子逆向弥散作用增加；或因药物抑制血小板凝集和阻抑前列腺素的合成等原因所致。常见的药物有阿斯匹林、保泰松、消炎痛等。参见"消化性溃疡。"
