X线检查方法之一。又称稀释法肾盂造影。静脉内推注规定量的碘对比剂并取得肾盂影像后,静脉滴注一定量的利尿剂,在一定的时间间隔内获得相应影像,用于观察对比剂显影浓度变化的方法。该方法简便易行,对一侧肾动脉狭窄病人有一定应用价值。
