补充资料：疏肝理气
疏散肝气郁结的治法。按五行而论，肝属木而性喜条达，主疏泄，为藏血之脏。设若情志不遂，肝木失于条达，肝体失于柔和，以致肝气横逆、郁结，呈现种种病变。疏肝理气具有疏理肝脏气机，恢复肝脏功能的作用。肝气郁结表现为两胁胀痛，胸闷不舒或恶心呕吐，食欲不振，脘腹胀满，肠鸣腹痛；妇女可见月经不调，乳房胀痛，痛经等。常用药物有柴胡、白芍、枳壳、香附、郁金、元胡、陈皮等。代表方剂如柴胡疏肝散、逍遥散等。
临床注意事项：使用疏肝理气应注意掌握郁结之主证。疏散之品久用易伤气阴，故临床兼见血亏气虚者，须与养血益气药合用。
