Methods: Forty six gastric cancer cases were operated during Oct 2002 to Sept 2004 with total gastrectomy and D2+ lymphadenectomy, including hepatoduodenal ligament lymph nodes dessection (the 12th group lymph nodes, classification by Japanese procedure).

首先,对淋巴组织结构病理图像进行特征分析,利用约简纹理谱特征及形状特征,分离出各组织结构,同时进一步提高滑动窗口的纹理谱计算方法;然后对淋巴小结采用灰度分割算法,分离出细胞核、胞浆等。

在小儿较多见，可能为肠道原发综合征的一部分，更常见的是由淋巴或血行播散而来，多与胸腔内淋巴结结核或全身粟粒结核病同时存在。临床表现主要为一般的结核中毒症状及局部症状。局部胃肠道症状有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘、腹胀、腹痛等，其中以腹痛为最常见。易被误诊为阑尾炎而手术。全身抗结核治疗。若有肿大淋巴结经内科治疗无效且产生持久性压迫症状时，可考虑外科手术切除。
