During the fermentation process of 1,3-propanediol by Klebsiella pneumoniae,the variety of oxidoreduction potential(ORP) was studied.
引入氧化还原电位(ORP)作为参数,研究了克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌发酵产生1,3-丙二醇的工艺,结果发现氧化还原电位的水平与克雷伯氏菌的代谢过程密切相关,ORP维持较低水平的时间越长,菌体的快速生长期和1,3-丙二醇的快速合成期也越长,而且在1,3-丙二醇的快速合成期其合成速度和ORP水平有明显的相关性。
