      由腐霉属(Pythium)、 疫霉属(Phytophthora)、丝核属(Rhizoctonia)等真菌引起的苗期植物病害。可影响幼苗生长,严重时造成缺苗甚至毁种。
  
  不同种类的真菌引起不同的症状。腐霉属和疫霉属侵染幼苗的茎基部呈水渍状变软,使之迅速萎蔫,最后茎基部呈线状缢缩。有时子叶尚未表现症状即已倒伏,故名猝倒。以瓜类幼苗最常见。由丝核菌引起的苗病一般称为立枯病,受害幼苗茎基部产生褐色病斑,逐渐使幼茎萎缩直至幼苗枯死,一般不立即倒伏。受侵染子叶也可产生褐色不规则形的病斑。茄科、十字花科作物和棉苗的立枯病发生较普遍。
  
  腐霉菌和立枯丝核菌都是土壤习居菌,是一类弱寄生菌,寄主范围较广。病菌以菌丝体或菌核在土壤中腐生或在病残组织内存活,作为侵染循环的初次侵染源。腐霉菌和疫霉菌也可由卵孢子或厚壁孢子在残体内或土壤中越冬和渡过不良的环境条件。病菌主要通过灌水或土壤耕作传播。病原菌的生长适温范围较大。幼苗生育状况不良、抗逆性差时,就易发病。
  
  防治主要靠良好的土壤耕作,避免土壤过湿,加强苗期管理增强幼苗抗逆性;同时避免使用旧床土育苗,注意田间清洁和进行土壤消毒。
