系谱


  亦称家系。动植物育种学上是指由共同祖先繁殖所得的后代。在医学遗传学上是指亲缘关系较近家族成员的某一遗传病发病情况的调查。系谱分析有助于区别单基因病和多基因病。其次,由于存在遗传的异质性,表现型相同或相似的遗传病常可由遗传方式不同而加以区别。因此,系谱分析也有助于区分某些表现型相似的遗传病以及同一遗传病的不同亚型。系谱分析需要结合症状、体征、实验室检查及必要的辅助检查才能作出疾病的诊断。
