为揭示2个小簇麦易位系(V9128-1、V9129-1)苗期抗条锈性的遗传机制,用7个中国当前流行的条锈菌生理小种(CY29、CY30、CY31、CY32、Su-4、Su-11和Su-14)接种两个易位系及簇毛麦、用CY29接种V9128-1与感病品种铭贤169配制的正反交F1、BC1F1代以及F2代群体、用CY29、CY30、CY31和水源4接种V9129-1与铭贤169配制的正交F1、BC1F1代以及F2代群体进行苗期抗锈性鉴定分析。
