原料/调料] 鲜鱿鱼、虾茸、蟹黄、芹菜叶、可可粉、盐、味精、高汤。
[制作流程] 先将鲜鱿切成梳齿形，出水后排成菊花形，放在盘中，“菊花”中间放调味过的虾茸、勾玻璃芡。最后装饰几片绿片，用可可粉裱上“蓠 芭”即成。
