This study was designed to discuss the correlation between the content of Th1 cytokines and the fecundation rate on the embryo transplantation, research the function of nitric oxide (NO) in the embryo implantation and growth, and explain the mechanism of herbal medicine "An Tai San" on promoting the fecundation rate.
本课题主要探讨Th1型细胞因子TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-2的含量与胚胎移植受胎率的相关性;研究NO在胚胎附植、发育中的作用及其与细胞因子的相互关系;应用中药“安胎散”促孕保胎,临床验证其提高胚胎移植受胎率的效果,并初步研究其作用机理。
