Acid phosphatase(ACPase) from the sperm of PIC pigs(PIC344) could be activated by these ions of K~+,Mg~(2+),Ca~(2+),Ni~(2+),Mn~(2+), while inhibited by Cu~(2+),Cd~(2+),Fe~(2+),Zn~(2+).
研究了K+、Mg2+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Fe2+、Cd2+、Ca2+、Cu2+9种金属离子及EDTA对瘦肉型猪(PIC344)精液酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)活力的影响,发现K+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Ni2+、Mn2+对ACPase有不同程度的激活作用。

Alkaline phosphatase(AKP) was isolated and purified from the sperm of PIC pigs(PIC344) and its kinetic property was examined.
用正丁醇抽提、硫酸铵分级沉淀、DEAE SepharoseFF和SephacrylS 200柱层系,从瘦肉型猪(PIC344)精液中提取出碱性磷酸酶。

试验选用60kg左右的杜×长×大或杜×大×长三元杂交瘦肉型猪55头,随机分成五组,设2个对照组及3个试验组。

补充资料:大地鱼猪瘦肉滚豆腐汤
秋燥闷热时的佐餐汤品宜醒胃、可口,大地鱼猪瘦肉滚豆腐正有此作用,且又为秋日滋润的汤水。
大地鱼是价格较平宜且鲜美惹味的海鲜鱼类,广州驰名云吞面的上汤,就是以大地鱼干煲猪碎骨而成的,其鲜香之味不言而喻。豆腐为我国的特产,是以黄豆磨制而成的,不仅保持了大豆的营养价值,且养分更易于人体吸收,其吸收率由65.3%上升至96%,享有“植物肉”的美称,常为秋日滚汤之用。
材料:大地鱼半条、猪瘦肉150克、豆腐1块、江珧柱20克、生姜4片,生葱2条。
烹制:江珧柱浸泡洗净,撕为丝状;大地鱼洗净,去皮、骨,肉切成小件,慢火炸至香脆,冷后拆为丝状;猪瘦肉洗净,剁碎,生抽、生油、马蹄粉各少许拌腌。6 分钟后,炒熟,起油镬,加水750毫升(3碗量)烧沸,下豆腐、江珧柱稍滚;下猪肉碎、葱花,稍滚,撒入大地鱼末便可,亦汤亦菜,为3~4人量。
