By field systematic investigation, the characters of Arthropod community structure and dynamics, temporal pattern, numeric dynamics of dominant pests and natural enemies in cotton-pasture intercrop field in Dunhuang from May to October in 2004 were investigated using the knowledge and theory of community Ecology in order to enrich the theoretical foundation for IPM of pests.
本研究着眼于敦煌市棉花生产和害虫发生与治理的现状,采用系统调查的研究手段,综合应用群落生态学的原理和方法,在2004 年5 月——10 月对间作牧草棉田节肢动物群落的结构特征、时间格局、优势害虫和天敌的消长动态等进行了研究,为该地棉田害虫综合防治提供理论依据。

The soil microbial biomass C,N and the activity of soil urease,invertase,catalase of flood-drought crop rotation after 26 years continuous cropping of cotton were significantly increased.
