KAP was selected as candidate gene at the same time, studing its possibility to indirect cashmere yield, weight and cashmere fineness.
本研究以内蒙古白绒山羊和辽宁绒山羊为研究对象,利用10 个微卫星位点对其进行遗传多样性研究,同时选取角蛋白辅助蛋白(KAP)基因作为候选基因,研究其作为候选基因来间接选择产绒量、产绒后体重和绒细度的可行性,得到结果如下: 筛选了10 个微卫星位点,均在2 个品种得到了特异性扩增结果,共检测到了76等位基因,平均每个位点达7。
