In this study the "special cocktail enzyme" for double-low rapeseed meal(DLRM) based diet were screened out by the in vitro incubation system, and a feeding and digestibility trials were conducted to validate the effects of the "special cocktail enzyme" application to DLRM based diets for pigs and broilers, and to evaluate the relationship between nutrient digestibility and animal performance.

The five dietary treatments were diet 1 based on corn and soybean meal(control),diets 2 and 3 based on double low rapeseed meal and supplemented with enzyme A and B,at 0.

The plant protein resources in control diet(group 1) were supplied all by soybean meal, while the proportion of double low rapeseed meal in trial diets (group 2,3,4,5) were 8%,13%,16%,18% in first period respectively and 13%,16%,18%,21% in second period.

Nutrients and antinutritional agents contents in DL-RSM(double low rapeseed meal) were analysed and 500 layers were randomly divided into 5 groups and fed with 0, 10%,15%,17%,20% DL-RSM instead of soybean meal(SBM) in the diets from 21 to 56 week of age.

Application of double-low rapeseed meal in feed;

A(a) groups contained 0% DLRM(double-low rapeseed meal) and 0% CRM(common rapeseed meal).

The study was conducted on grass carp(Ctenpharyngodon idellus) and common carp(Cyprinus carpio) fed with diets containing double-low rapeseed meal on different proportions and the tissue structures of thyroid gland,liver and kidney were observed by histological method.
