猪链球菌病(swine streptoeoeeieosis)疫病之气经口鼻而入引起高热便秘、跋行、神昏似醉、皮肤发红为特征的病证。其病原现代兽医学认为是链球菌。常呈地方性流行,甚至暴发性流行,给养猪业带来严重经济损失。多因病猪污染饲料、饮水和外界环境,死猪内脏、肉尸及废弃物均是传播本病的主要原因。证见突然发病,体温升高(41一43oC),食欲不振或废绝,病初邪郁肌表表现表热证,耳鼻发热,流涕,流泪,眼结膜潮红,热在卫分。几小时至两天内病猪热毒注入关节,出现多发性关节炎,关节肿大,跋行(图),爬行或不能站立,热结肠道,则粪便干硬,口猪链球菌病干口色红,磨牙,空口咀嚼,病在气分。病猪颈、背皮肤充血潮红,斑疹隐隐,呼吸困难,枯膜发紫,热伤营血,心神被扰,表现为神昏咭睡,病在营分。逐渐消度,.衰弱,病情恶化,热伤肝阴,筋脉失养,四肢痉卒,热扰心神,四肢作游泳状,昏迷不酸,热伤血络,迫血妄行,皮肤出血,舌质深绛,脉细数,病在血分。治宜清热解毒,凉血救阴。初期选用脸方(《箱病防治》:野菊花、忍冬箱、紫花地丁、白毛X枯苹、七叶一枝花根,煎水准服)。中后期选用漪血败.饮。加强市场检疫和居场消毒,发病后应立即隔离治疗,污染场地宜用玻水消稀处理。(王天益)
