Based on the traditional understanding of GDP and green GDP, this paper puts forward the concept of effective accumulation of GDP, specifying that compared with green GDP, the new concept of effective accumulation of GDP has its advantages in that it focuses more on arrangement of regulations, planning and lay-out, quality of construction, protection of wealth and overall social efficiency.
