病名。睾丸生殖细胞性肿瘤之 一。亦称睾丸内胚窦瘤、睾丸胚胎性腺瘤、睾母细胞瘤、睾丸婴儿性胚胎瘤等。为胚胎性全 能细胞向胚外分化形成的卵黄囊内胚层样组织结构的肿瘤。多发生于儿童。肿瘤外观淡黄或 白色,质地软硬不均。实性,可有囊性变区。组织结构为不规则腺泡状、管状或小囊状,内 衬低柱状、扁平状或立方上皮。可见典型之席勒-杜窝氏小体。 血管周围可见菊花样浸润结构。瘤细胞界限不清,核大而不规则,胞浆内含脂质、黏液及糖 原。据病理组织学确诊。发生转移较晚,早期单纯切除睾丸常可治愈。临床表现及治疗参见 睾丸生殖细胞性肿瘤条。
