This paper reviews enterprise theory from the perspective of the stakeholders, defines value-added, builds up an enterprise value measuring system on the basis of value-added and creates the conception of value-added distribution index to incorporate value-added statement into traditional accounting statements and realize the unity of micro-economic and macro-economic objectives.
