F 2 sterility and heading date are important agronomic traits of rice; meanwhile heading date is related to many characters of agronomic importance including sterility.
对F2 小穗不育性状进行单点分析和区间分析的结果基本一致 :有两个F2 小穗不育QTL座位分别位于染色体 1的XNpb113～XNpb346之间和染色体 8的G187～XNpb397之间 ,而且该两个QTL均为新检测出的座位 ;检测出 5个抽穗期QTL ,其中 3个座位在单点分析和区间分析中的结果一致 ,分别位于染色体 1的XNpb113～XNpb346 ,染色体 4的C891～C335 ,染色体 8的C16 6～C112 1,另外 ,染色体 6的XNpb2 7为单点分析结果 ,染色体 10的R716～C4 0 5为区间分析结果。
