Chloroform fumigation extraction method (FE) has been widely used since itwas first advanced, and it was regarded as one of the standard methods for measuringsoil microbial biomass carbon (SMBC) in aerobic soils, however, FE method is notsuitable for measurement of SMBC in water-saturated or waterlogged soils attributingto the decline of fumigation efficiency.
本论文针对氯仿熏蒸浸提法和Inubushi,Witt等改进后的方法在测定淹水土壤微生物量碳时出现的问题,以采自浙江嘉兴和杭州的不同碳素水平的黄斑田水稻土、青紫泥田水稻土和黄松田水稻土为供试土壤,进行一系列的试验,着重研究并探讨了这些问题,并在此基础上,提出了一种适合淹水土壤微生物生物量碳测定的新方法:液氯熏蒸浸提—水浴法,弥补了氯仿熏蒸浸提法应用于淹水土壤的一些局限性,为水稻土等淹水土壤微生物生物量碳的测定提供了一个简便可靠的手段。
