Based on the PW2000 fuel injection pump,by fuel injection pump performance testing and comparing,the influences of delivery valve s opening pressure,diameter of fuel returning hole and seat angle of returning valve on injection pump pressure,nozzle pressure,residual pressure,injection pattern,secondary injection and cavitations were discussed in this paper.
以PW 2000喷油泵为基础,通过喷油泵性能测试对比研究与分析,研究在高喷射压力强化条件下,等压出油阀偶件回油阀开启压力、回油孔直径、回油阀座面角度对喷油泵泵端压力、嘴端压力、残余压力、喷油规律综合性能及燃油液力系统穴蚀、二次喷射的影响规律与程度。
