The present work assessed the pollution conditions of waters in combination with physical and chemical indexes in order to analyze the relationship between protistan community and water quality.
本研究以青岛近岸三个具有代表性的水体为采样点,利用改良的PFU法——BPFU法对春、夏、秋、冬四个季节原生生物群落的结构和功能参数进行了初步探讨,并结合四季的理化指标对水体的水质状况进行了初步评价,进而分析了原生生物群落与水质状况之间的相互关系。
