Objective: Exploration of the correlation of the leptin between fat metabolism and sexual maturity of Altay lamb, to understand the situation of the leptin can long-term control the feeding,energy and fat metabolism (especially the tail fat) and reproductive function, to provide scientific basis of the Physiology and Endocrinology for selecting and breeding the lean sheep.
目的:探索瘦素与阿勒泰羔羊体脂代谢和性成熟的相关性,了解瘦素对新疆肉用品种羊摄食、能量和体脂(特别是尾脂)代谢与繁殖机能的长程调控状况,为瘦肉型肉羊品种的选种选育提供生理学和内分泌学方面的科学依据。
