将卡尔曼滤波分光光度法用于测定扑热息痛合成过程中对乙酰氨基酚、对硝基酚、对氨基酚、对乙酰氨基酚乙酸酯、对硝基酚乙酸酯5组分的含量,结果表明,该法对样品中各组分的平均回收率在97 5%~103 5%之间,与高效液相色谱法相比,两种分析方法得出的结果基本一致。
