The mathematical model of vortex intensity is set up for ducted propeller blades, and used for optimum design of the blades.

The stress loads and its distribution of the propeller blade were measured for all operation status in the test,the max dynamic stress and the max static stress of the propeller blade surface were obtained,the actual stress distribution and the max stressing position were also defined.
