The thesis deals with the torsion-type equilibrator plan of the existent 155mm self-propelled cannon/howitzer, discusses optimized design of equilibrator, works out its optimized programs, optimizes various parameters that effect the performance of the equilibrator, reduces unbalanced torque.
本文以国内在研的新155毫米自行加榴炮扭杆式平衡机初始方案为研究对象，通过对扭杆式平衡机的工作原理和结构特点进行深入的分析，抓住影响扭杆式平衡机初始方案中出现的不平衡力矩过大的主要矛盾，引入稳健设计的思想，合理地选择影响平衡机平衡性能的主要结构参数(四边形机构的边长比例关系和初始状态角、扭杆的预扭角度和扭转刚度)，应用“田口方法”，通过系统设计、参数设计和信噪比(SN比)及灵敏度分析，对扭杆式平衡机的重点结构参数进行详细的优化匹配，完善现有扭杆式平衡机的方案设计，提高平衡机的平衡性能。
