指一种引流淋巴液的手术。即将精索的淋巴管的远体端与静脉的近体端吻合的手术。目前是治疗男性乳糜尿的一种术式。由于精索淋巴管较粗，用手术放大镜亦能手术。此术式不是直接捣塞乳糜尿的瘘管，而是另作较通畅的引流通道，待原瘘管自行闭塞，一般都要3～6个月才能显效。故术后乳糜尿未能完全消失，要等待一段时间才消失。
