外贴式加固方法

Compared to the externally bonded FRP composites which are already applied commonly, advantages of using NSM FRP rods are the possibility of anchoring the rods into adjacent members, and minimal installation time.
近年来,采用纤维增强塑料FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic)筋嵌入式方法(Near Surface Mounted,简称NSM)加固混凝土结构这一新技术在国外的试验研究和工程实践里逐渐涌现,对比技术已臻成熟且普遍采用的外贴式加固方法,嵌入式加固方法具有如下的特点和优势:(1)施工预处理工作量少,安装时间短;(2)FRP材料因嵌粘在混凝土内而得到了保护,避免磨损和碰撞等不利影响,特别适合于桥面板和连续梁负弯矩区域的加固;(3)能应用于外贴法难于施工的高温,高湿加固工程:(4)安装时便于与相邻构件锚固。
