| 航海日志 log 记载船舶航行和停泊作业及有关情况的文件。主要为总结分析航海事业积累资料，供安全检查和处理海事提供法律上有效的原始资料。因此需记载准确、完整，能于事后反映出真实的原始情况，不得记入修正后的数据，即使记错亦不得撕毁、涂改，只准划掉重写并加签名。发生海损时要封存待查，同时启用新日志续记。海损弃船时必须携带离船。 航海日志由值班驾驶员记写，大副审核，船长签阅。各国航海日志大同小异，在左页上记载航行和气象、海洋情况，包括计划航向、罗经航向、真航向、罗经差、计程仪读数、推进器转数、气压、气温、风和云的情况等，以及船位、航程及油、水耗量与存量等。日志的右页记录与船舶航行、停泊作业有关的事项。 |
