By using technique of character-overlapping and the theory of infrared wireless transmission, a system that can enhance the Laser Range Finder system s function is developed in this dissertation.

The collection ,displaying,OSD ,encoding and decoding of image data are of most great importance in establishing the video watch and control system , and it is the transmitting data in real time or not,the compression ratio and the quality of image that directly determine the performance of whole system .
