多工位级进冲模的第一工位挡料结构有其特色，即能设置在任意需要的地点推出挡料销。在图1中的主要零件是挡料销和滑板。不需限位时，挡料销低于下模平面，需要时可推动滑板，通过前端斜面，使挡料销伸出下模平面实现挡料。
