对比剂的间接引入法
Ｘ线检查方法之一。利用对比剂在机体某器官代谢或积聚的特性，使该器官结构显影的造影检查方法。该法是与对比剂的直接引入法相对而言，对比剂不直接引入欲观察的器官、结构，而经循环系统（血液或淋巴循环）到达其生理代谢或排泄的器官或组织，提高局部的人工对比而显影。间接引入法又可分为吸收性和排泄性两类，前者又称生理积聚法，如淋巴管造影；后者又称生理排泄法,根据对比剂的排泄器官不同分为胆系和泌尿系排泄性造影。由于生理排泄法造影的效果与排泄器官的功能密切相关，因而该法除可作形态学观察外，还可结合排泄器官显影的时相特征推断器官的功能状况。直接引入法检查则不能反映功能状况。
