为解决有些地方近几年变电站的建设速度相对滞后,造成有电供不上的问题以及由于负荷布局不合理,导致馈线负荷严重不平衡,给当地供电企业带来巨大的供电压力的问题,本文提出了一种全新的思维方式——馈线的均衡用电,其核心思想是负荷转移。
