本论文采集了某电厂两台600MW机组SIS系统的历史数据进行分析,并基于总量收费标准与环境价值标准,建立了较传统煤耗率更加经济环保的综合指标,将指标用于火电厂负荷优化分配的研究中去,并分析了分配后的结果,得到了结论:按照以综合指标的分配方案未必能提高单台机组的经济环保性,但对于整个电厂的经济环保生产是非常有利的。
