Based on considering all kinds of constraints of developing digital Popularization Base of Science & Technology and the limitations of on-line virtual science museum,this paper presents a framework of digital Popularization Base of Science & Technology,and discussed the core technology of panorama roaming and other related technologies.
面对科普教育基地发展所存在的客观制约因素,以及网上科普教育基地所存在的不足,本文在阐述"数字化科普教育基地"项目的基础上,着重介绍了全景展示这一核心技术的概念以及应用于"数字化科普教育基地"的具体情况与现状,最后针对如何完善基于全景展示技术的"数字化科普教育基地"提出了补充建议。

On the basis of research of some specialists and the author,the essay brings forward the notion of scene display from art software development and other fields,and considers it as the process.
在实际工作以及参考其他专家所作规划的基础上,借鉴艺术、软件开发等领域的场景思想,提出了场景化展示的概念。
补充资料：平壤赏石展示馆
平壤赏石展示馆(pyongyang mysteriously-shaped stone exhibition：位于朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的首都平壤市之“万景台区”(mangyongdae district)之“光复大街”(kwangbok gori)。展示馆里展出了从朝鲜半岛各地采集的几百块造型奇型快状的石岩。 来源地主要是长白山(朝鲜人称：“白头山”)、金刚山( mountain kumgang)、妙香山( mountain myohyang)及七宝山( mountain chilbo)等著名游览山区，以及大同江( taedong river)及清川江( chongchon river)等著名河道。品种大多属黑曜石(obsidian)及蓝色的“火山玻璃”(volcanic glass)。现任馆长是金昌龙先生(mr. kim chang ryong)。
