Based on the application background of ITS and the character of city vehicle video, thepaper propose a novel criterion to describe city vehicle video in order to assist the analysis ofvehicle video in ITS.

In order to revise the error caused by the flight parameter recording procedure of a given plane type,this paper discussed in details automatic interpretation technology of onboard instrument values,which utilized the instrument s image frame recorded in the onboard video and made some automatic interpretation based on the image thinning and Hough transform preprocessing.
