2 .JInllu youhuo资金流优化(optimization of fund flow)通过合理安排和使用资金，对建设资金的流量实行动态控制，使工程建设总投资最节省的工作。 资金具有时间价值。一定量的资金存人银行会产生利息，进行生产和交换活动能产生利润。一个建设项目在实施过程中的资金投人，属于资本金的部分，相当于按投资者的预期回报率作为年利率存人银行并计算复利，要在投产后取得效益;属于借贷资金的部分，建设期的利息要增加资产造价。资金流优化，就是在工程静态投资一定的情况下，合理安排建设资金，使建设资金的“终值”最小的活动。 资金流优化的途径，一是工期优化，在合理利用人力、物力、财力资源前提下，尽量缩短关键路径所需时间。二是工程总成本优化，注意抓好三个环节:①多方优化施工方案，合理安排单项工程开、竣工时间，避免造成资金早期投人;②对工期提前需要增加的人工、材料、机械、管理、措施以及索赔费用，要与提前工期所获得的投产效益、竣工奖励等诸多因素，进行比较分析，③对设备、材料的采购，要在保证工期的前提下，准确编制计划，以施工期零库存为目标，减少物资预付欲，使资金流相对后移，相应减少保管费用，同时注意批t采购的经济性。
